Chef Di Iorio’s culinary offerings are intimately linked to the local terroir and ingredients sourced in the surrounding region. The menu offers the chef’s unique take on the tastes and traditions of classic Italian cuisine, while the cellar selections by our sommelier Alessandro Crognale have a very international flair, with a particular focus on champagne, and over 600 different labels.
