About Us
Acquolina is a gourmet restaurant, with a Michelin star since 2009 and is located inside the Hotel The First Roma ARTE, in the heart of Rome, not far from Piazza del Popolo and a few steps from the Ara Pacis Museum. Acquolina offers fish-based recipes inspired by the Mediterranean gastronomic culture. An elegant environment where you can breathe modern and contemporary art, suitable for intimate or group dinners, by reservation. The restaurant has an indoor and an outdoor room, the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the city.
